Top Lawyer Donald B Kipkorir Loves Business Man Mwenda Thuranira’s Vision Of Changing Kenya’s Real Estate Space
Kenyan lawyer Donald B. Kipkorir has expressed his admiration for Mwenda Thuranira, the CEO of MySpace Properties, for his unwavering commitment to changing Kenya’s real estate industry.
The two dons recently linked up for a chatty conversation and discussed a lot about Kenyan real estate and how they can keep changing it for the better.
The founder of the MyTown concept shared multiple efforts to provide durable and affordable living and commercial spaces to both Kenyans and foreigners leaving a lasting impression on Donald B. Kipkorir.
On social media, Kipkor appreciated the meeting saying it was enlightening.
“Today, I broke bread with @mwendathuranira, the biggest realtor from Isiolo … Always my pleasure to expand my circle of friends to those who share a vision of a well-planned urban development in Kenya & a Kenya beautiful for locals & foreigners,” said Kipkorir.
Thuranira and his company My Space Properties have been a good run of late opening properties across Kenya.

The company recently acquired the formerly Kisii Hotel and will build a fully-fledged mall called Kisii Shopping center that will host the American fast food franchise Kentucky Fried Chicken.
The mall is also set to house Naivas, and Shell Petrol station among others.
My Space is also being credited by the Strip Mall idea currently taking over towns in Kenya.
A strip mall, also known as a shopping plaza or mini-mall, is a type of shopping center that consists of a row of stores that are typically connected by a common walkway or sidewalk.
According to Mwenda, they are better than conventional malls because of consumers’ behaviors in the local market.
“A good example is Danka Plaza, a new development in #Kitengela, that promises a vibrant and unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages and gender. Offering a convenient retail and entertainment experience to visitors making it everything you need to work, shop, play and enjoy.”
